Pension

Hans Cultural Centre understands financial obstacles faced by poor people and the many difficulties in surviving during a financial crisis. To help in overcoming this stumbling block, HCC has initiated a regular “pension” scheme and onetime donation schemes for those in with dire needs.

Under this scheme, we consider people with disability, the aged, orphaned, widowed, and abandoned women who will not be able survive but for this necessary intervention from HCC. HCC also provides onetime bounty to the indigent parents of a girl child to meet marriage expenses; without this necessary help from HCC the family would face many social and economic hardships.

Donation in Kind

It doesn’t matter how much anyone donates; what matters most is the feeling of serving those in need. Donation may be small but if it provides a platform for someone to stand up and better themselves, it is better than all the riches of the world. HCC serves poor and underprivileged people in India and donate various products like hearing aids, wheelchairs, crutches, ration, blankets, basic clothes, utensils, groceries, household goods, stationary, cleaning products, etc.

Old Age Home

Old age is an unavoidable part of our life cycle and should be lived gracefully rather than grudgingly. In today’s fast paced world, we only start noticing signs of old age much after the gradual process is well underway.

HCC has been working for the welfare and empowerment of the elderly in India. A roof over their heads is a critical need of the elderly who are destitute, sick, and abandoned by their family and those uprooted by disasters. HCC provides financial support and run operations of certain Old Age Homes at Uttarakhand.
